The P.Audio CXP-151C is a very high-performance professional sound reinforcement system. The CXP-151C is an active design that features two channels of class D amplification and a universal power supply. The design includes a precision 96kHz DSP processor with precise filtering, EQ and 8 DSP presets available. The DSP can also be linked to a computer using an optional USB-RS485 remote control cable to provide real-time access to DSP parameters. CXP-151Cdesigned for general public communications applications and can also be used as a very high-performance powered floor monitor. The CXP-151C is ideal for fixed installation applications such as restaurants, bars, retail stores, and indoor public communication and music systems. The design is also well-suited for live and touring applications. The CXP-151C features a broadband 15-inch (381mm) coaxial device. The 15-inch low-frequency radiator produces increased low-frequency response and extended bandwidth. The high-frequency converter is a truly large-format compression driver. The included angle is rated to be 60 degrees cone. The CXP-151C can also be used with the CXP-21 Sub when very high audio output and bass/deep bass are specified. The CXP-151C combines a 2000 watt peak power amplifier with a matching preamplifier. The low-frequency part is a 1000 watt peak amplifier (500-watt burst). The high-frequency amplifier also has a 1000 watt peak amplifier (500-watt burst). The low-frequency section is a 15-inch (381mm) transducer that features a large-format voice coil. This design ensures very high power handling and high reliability. The vented enclosure design has been optimized for use with this low-frequency device and is tuned for both full-range applications as well as for mission-critical monitoring applications. The titanium-based high-frequency driver is a 75mm diaphragm design featuring closely spaced phase headers and extended high-frequency response. The case is constructed of high-quality plywood and finished with a very durable polyurea coating.
