Speaker Promax Compact 6.4is a medium format foreground/background design that offers a smaller footprint and a 6-inch (152mm) woofer. The woofer's long throw design ensures extended bandwidth and controlled low frequency response. The design, like all Compact series cabinets, is aesthetically pleasing and blends harmoniously in many architectural spaces. The Compact 6.4 design is well-suited for retail and public spaces where both background music and paging are required. The system has a switchable low or high impedance design. The low Z profile is 8 ohm nominal impedance. The high Z configuration provides an industry standard 100Vrms fully isolated transformer. There are 3 faucets available: 35 watts; 25 watts; and 15 watts. The system's power handling of a full 80 watts and high sensitivity of 89dB (1 watt at 1 meter) ensure that the Compact 6. 4 is capable of operating at excellent high sound pressure levels. The Compact 6.4 features a precision injection molded design that also includes a powder coated perforated steel blister.
