✅ In what cases can customers exchange/return products?
For customers who have purchased goods at Hoang Sa Viet company, customers are entitled to the exchange and refund policy when encountering one of the following problems:

Product is defective or damaged in transit
Seller delivers wrong product to Buyer (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, etc...);
The Product received by the Buyer is markedly different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;
In order to limit the arising troubles related to the return of goods, the Buyer should note that it is necessary to return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp... if any and the product must be returned. in the same condition as when received.

Customers will be exchanged 1 - 1 if they encounter the problems listed above within 7 days from the time of receiving the goods, the exchanged products need to ensure the following conditions:

The product is complete with accessories, manuals, ...
In case the product needs to be exchanged during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period.

Hoang Sa Viet is free to return and exchange products for customers when purchasing goods in case the product is defective, scratched during shipping, or delivered by mistake.

However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product or does not want to receive the goods for subjective reasons, the customer should pay the shipping fee in this case.
